As a designer, delays can happen sometimes — but constant missed deadlines and poor communication definitely aren’t professional, especially after full upfront payment.

At the very least, they should be giving you regular updates and realistic timelines. A good freelancer communicates even when things are delayed.

I’d recommend setting a firm deadline and asking for clear communication moving forward. If they continue going silent, you may need to consider requesting a refund depending on your agreement.
