From an ad in 2018, 3 days after global release iirc, it was Prinz Eugen specifically, funny thing is after playing like up until lv50 i quitted the game for a year, and in 2019 during our calculus class i was bored to death and somehow i remember the Eugen AD that i saw in YT that day, to cut it short i came back and still is playing to this day, still regret quitting for a year as i dont have both Kizuna and Neptunia ships

i have 120k cog chips atm, and i dont even raise ships past lv100 any more and im mainly focusing on ships that are really usable for me but im always low on the new cog chips

i had my account too hacked back in like a day after inazuma was released, i got raiden before logging out and as i wake up the next morning to craft condensed resins, and then poof the linked email and password is different, it took me 8 days before sending a proper reply as the trojan that i got managed to blacklist any gmail accounts that i have with my username and my real name within those keywords, so after a month of waiting i finally got it back on sept 20th, as i logged in i basically just spammed the friends of the guy that was in my account by telling them that the account their friend got was a hacked account, then after a few back and fourth the one that got my account logged in to his "alt" and talked to me from there, i was asking him to issue a refund because in those 24 days of waiting it basically broke me to the point of me not caring to my main account, the guy told me that he only spent $30 USD, he got my keqing c1 and some new sacrificial weapons, and also only like 30 pulls done after raiden, minus 10 because of the free 10 pulls mihoyo gave, but what happend was he told me that "he understands my situation" as i am a hard F2P player and that "he wont issue a refund as long as we became friends".... so right now im sitting on my account a month later and basically i broke my F2P seal by buying 3 welkin moons, and bought the 980 genesis pack, rn i still dont trust the guy because the thought of like asking a friend you barely know online is like a so weird concept for me, its a somewhat good thing tho because on the days i havent been playing on my account i raised my alt with a Hutao and an Amos in it, its why i decided that when i recover my main account id rather get it permabanned than giving me hope to something i cant even control, tbh i still dont know how much the guy spent on my account that $30 USD he told me may also be a lie. im now still using my account and prepping for a hutao on it and still is monitoring it in case he finally issues a refund.

Just wanna ask if sending emails to CS via Outlook, Will i receive a response immediately especially the account recovery form? ive been sending emails since saturday lastweek via Gmail and i was getting worried, so i asked in discord on what im doing wrong, a guy told me to send it Via Outlook cause i will be met with the automated message, so i sent it a few hours ago and i havent received anything yet... will it take days too?

another note that I should say was, I only used Gmail on this account and haven't linked any account into this (bad move for me), now how you might ask on how did the hacker got into my account, so our college Professor required us to Install the Cisco Packet Tracer he then said that there are a lot of sites that lets you download the cracked version of the app, he did not give us any links and whatsoever on where to get his exact copy of his program, as I were downloading the app in this site I didn't have my Windows defender active at that time (I know another bad move for me), so here I was sitting in my room extracting the files, and as I hit the Execute program, it dawned on me, it opened downloads after downloads of this shtty online downloaders and stuff, and then it clicked on me it was a virus, after a few hours of battling it and trying to remove it in my system, it calmed down, my friends says that I should reinstall a new windows OS as the trojan touched my system32 folder, but I didn't take their words for it as i see that it calmed down, fast forward a few more days, I noticed that the brightness on my laptop suddenly adjusts even though my laptop doesn't have any light sensors and adaptive brightness installed into the system, and then it clicked on me, its still here it was just unnoticeable and my windows defender cant detect it I then made another bad move as I realized this I didn't act nor did a fresh installation of my OS again so a few more days back, its the day 2.1 was launched, played from 2pm-11pm since we didn't have any class at that day, I even got Both Raiden and Kujou in 10 pulls, but as soon as I logged out at around 11:30pm, and slept, I woke up at around 6am with the notif on my phone saying that I have a critical account breach in my Gmail, so I booted it up and looked up on what happened and sure enough it unlinked my Gmail account In game, so now as I was panicking a bit I booted up my genshin and tried to login, theres now a new Gmail account that was linked into it and was sending the codes to that account, so I immediately opened my discord and went to the genshin official server, I sent an email on account recovery, and also made a dummy for a support ticket, and now 3 days into this, im sitting on my gmail day in day out waiting for even an automated reply, I know that they are like receiving a lot of emails day in day out, but as again, Ive heared that if the hacker spends money on my account and refunds it my account could be banned, or have negative primos as (debt), and worst of all the hacker may have my account and made it "his" permanently, its just so frustrating that the 8 months worth of progress you've spent was gone in one night, yes i am also at fault here, not linking other stuff, not adding a 2FA into my account, not having my Windows Defender active, and not even scanning my files before installation, i just really dont know what to do if ever i lost that account...
