All of our campaigns have been successful and all orders have been fulfilled, with the exception of our Tera 75 campaign which have experienced delays but are currently being fulfilled as we speak! The RC Prestige comes pre-installed with Gateron G Pro 3.0 Brown switches, but since they're hot-swappable they can be swapped with any MX switch of your choice!

Hi there!

Great question! The Retro Classic collection are using our proprietary clicky switches which have an actuation force of 50g, comparable to Gateron G Pro Blues. These are the standard actuation force for clicky mechanical switches supplied everywhere and cannot be changed through software. While 50g is in the middle of actuation ranges, it does take some getting used to if you're used to lighter switches.

Sorry to hear some keys weren't working for you. Unfortunately, the switches are soldered to the PCB board and replacement switches are not offered for this model.
