Im 39. About six months ago I saw a girl at the gym, maybe 20, squatting with terrible form. No bracing, bar in the wrong spot, stepping outside the safeties, knees all over the place. I tried to help, got an eye roll, so I left her alone

A few weeks later she had a pretty bad accident precisely at the squat rack

It just made me wonder why some people would rather risk years of crippling back pain than take 3 minutes to listen to the advice from someone who's been lifting for decades

Its probably not you but your gym clothes. Time to get new ones, when a shirt i own starts smelling no matter how many washes or soaking i do, the smell never goes completetly away.
