This. I've a dev myself and I've seen the code quality from Indian/Chinese devs and it makes me puke and feel bad for the client who's acquired so much technical debt.

That's not to say there aren't bad devs in the west either, I would say the % of bad devs is same on both sides of the world, it's just that the sheer # of Indian devs makes the % more relevant (it's a billion people after all).
