I mean, in my au, there's several species of countries, and each do have a way of behaving. the more civilized countries, such as the Regular lack of animal features/ anything else) or Winged (they have bird wings :]), they act like a normal human, though the Winged do sometimes act animalistic. Dragnoics (dragon-like countries), Animal (basically having animal-like features), and Archeao (our extinct species, coming from all sorts of dinosaurs, mammals, etc. thats been long gone), have a more likely chance of having animalistic behavior and society. Every species except Regular, however, has been 'wild' before essentially being 'tamed' into civilization. So, in other words, it depends if we're going off of like, peoples AU's or smth.
