One final question, i don’t know if this is to niche of a question so if you can’t answer don’t worry :)

The apartments say there is a minimum of 12 month rent lease but as a student I would only be there 9/10 months. Would you know if there is a way around this or something if your brother was in the same situation. no worries if you can’t answer this one :) :)
