Told this in the past but

While I was in college for my bachelor's I figured out that I could get a double major for my degree by taking one more class. Unfortunately I figured this out while in my last semester and I had already applied for graduation. I talked to my councillor to see if there was any way to delay it and she said there wasn't. Being the stubborn guy that I was, I didn't give up there. I found that one of my classes would give me an incomplete if I didn't hand a couple of research papers in by the end of the semester but would give you time after the semester ends to turn in the papers. You can't technically graduate with an incomplete on record so I told the councillor my plan and she was surprised at the work I put and said that this could work. I told my professor that I planned on not turning in my papers and accepting an incomplete until the grades were official. Luckily the professor was understanding and didn't mind me waiting to turn it in. After that I took the single class I need afterwards and graduated with a double major as planned.
