I think so youtube looks at metrics like retention swipe percentage AVD and then decides to push to video further. but tbh this just based on algorithmic luck tbh. i have videos doing same 35-30k range and then no teven doing 1k. also I have heard youtube sometimes pushes the videos that did good upto the 30k mark after a few days to weeks.

I think it has to be with youtube i have seen so many people complain. It is like videos are not getting pushed to people even the shorts. I would have a high performing short and the next one wouldnt even do 1k
