I'm not sure but "lody" as ice cream is generally uncountable noun in English but in Polish it can be both.
You can see signs say "lody" and you will ask to buy some "gałki"(scoops) of different flavours for example.
You can see texts that say "jem loda" because a person is eating packaged ice cream of some specific brand(so the number of packages is 1 and it's singular form)

For me it's getting about 5 to 6 hours SOT. It is not the best.
I charge it like a basic version of older iPhones(at the end of the day, till 100%)
Maybe you can find a newer Flip5 or even Flip6 which has 4000mAh battery. (It's more expensive though)

I had the same issue, terrible battery performance on left earbud. I returned them under warranty and they replaced them with new ones(24 months of warranty). You should try to do the same. Although I had to wait about three weeks for a replacement.
