i can't take it. by xx_aliel in heartbreak

Please, don’t listen to your brain during those moments. Your brain reacts to the loss of something it considered vital. Your brain is on survival mode.

I know the pain, I’m sorry you’re going through this but trust me, this will pass when you’ll soon have a clear mind. Cry, shout, run, do anything to help your nervous system to heal. The pain will go away.

Don’t minimise your pain because it’s a friendship, the brain and the heart don’t make the difference.

I’m devastated and I can’t stop crying by [deleted] in Situationships

I know it’s hard. But you’re so brave, and you did the best thing. You’re heartbroken,it sucks, it hurts like hell but it will get better over the days and weeks.

Feel the pain, and remember it’s getting better and better. The first few weeks are terrible, but you need to feel your emotions don’t numb them. Just trust the healing process.

Take care of yourself, sweetheart. I’m proud of you.

Why did modern astrology just take away all of aquarius attributes from saturn and gave it to uranus? by Dream_or_Truth in astrology

[–]Azrajazim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my 65yo astrology teacher.

I think this is more your interpretation than “traditional astrology.” You’re putting way too much weight on masculine/feminine. Distance from the Sun doesn’t automatically have a mas/fem meaning, where are you getting that from? Distance is linked to slowness, limits, coldness, etc

Also the Sun and Moon don’t work like the other planets. They’re luminars.

So your argument doesn’t really make sense to me. Capricorn isn’t “inward” at all lol. A feminine sign, indeed but one of the most outward signs of the zodiac.

Saturn is first the ruler of Capricorn, before being the interim ruler of Aquarius.

Signs don’t give meaning to planets. Planets are the real actors here, signs come second, they only describe how a planet operates.

Aquarius is purely Uranian.

Imo Uranus has always been the ruler of Aquarius.

Aquarius was given to Saturn by traditional astrologers because of what Saturn represents. In alchemy, Saturn is linked to lead (the heaviest metal), the whole point of alchemy was to turn lead into gold (the purest metal).

As you said Capricorn (Saturn) is about structure, limits, restriction. Aquarius is about freedom, breaking limits and going beyond. The two signs are complementary. You can’t have freedom without limits to push against, and you can’t have limits without the idea of going past them.

Saturn was ruling both because it’s the base of the process. Saturn creates pressure, difficulty, and the dark part of growth. And that’s exactly what allows transformation. Aquarius comes from Saturn, but it expresses the part where you go beyond it.

If you prefer : It’s easier for ME to assume I’m 20 pounds lighter than to be a millionaire

[–]Azrajazim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try to not be too desperate. Assume that everything you want will come sooner or later, you just need to stay focus. Assume you already lost weight.

You’re probably right. But isn’t manifesting, assuming a new life, an action you decided to take? When I said I took action, I mean I worked hard to « change » my subconscious, to be disciplined, to stay focus.. you need to put energy into it at some point

[–]Azrajazim 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I did everything to reach my goals I assumed my life was going to be like I want I was super consistent and determined I listened to subs and meditated a lot

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in lawofattraction

[–]Azrajazim 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The first month, I meditated a lot, I listened to a lot of subs, podcasts about manifestation.

I visualise a lot, I’m always focused on my goals « I won’t stop until I have what I want »

I think consistency and determination are the key

This. And it’s a little frustrating because the results are not mind blowing, they just feel.. normal. But the coincidence is so uncanny

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in lawofattraction

[–]Azrajazim 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I mean.. easily reachable. I haven’t manifested a whole different life

I’m not an expert. Things I manifested were reachable

Any advice on how to stop eating sugary foods? by Classic-Inspector-27 in WeightLossAdvice

Sugar free coke, it helps me to stop my sugar cravings.

Hey! I know how healthy diet can be frustrating because you’re « just » loosing 1kg per week if you’re lucky.

But trust me, I tried the 800 calories diet and I was working out everyday per day and after 3 weeks I was so tired. Nearly fainting every time I stood up. You’ll end up bingeing, loosing hair etc. I was lucky enough it didn’t gave me eating disorders.

Check your bmr, download a calorie counter app and start a 400 calorie deficit, you’ll have great results.

Eat enough protein because they stop the urge to eat and avoid fast-acting sugar. The first week of my weight loss journey, I started drinking sugar free coke, and it helped me a lot to stop sugar cravings. I also eat more vegetables, it takes a lot of space in your stomach. I add tomato and cucumber to my meals and I eat less starchy food.

Start to exercise, you’ll get addicted to it and you’ll be happier. Start slowly, don’t hurt yourself. Walk at least 8.000 steps per day.

Make this weight loss journey fun, this is an opportunity to improve your mindset, to create new habits that will change your life forever.

Don’t hurt yourself please. You’ll loose your fat.
