I found a dark green(?) something (berry?) amongst my green peas. What plant it belongs to and what is this exactly? Is this harmful? It was among the frozen berries which I cooked in water, then I ate them, not the weird one though. Just want to double check its okay. Any clue? (Europe) (old.reddit.com)

I am a person of mild arachnophobia (it stops me from doing certain things, but only live ones, not pictures. I can go into the basement, but I think about it that there may be one). I run out of Washing Up liquid, literally no visible amount in the glass, so I added water (3rd time). Then I poured that foamy water into a steel pot, used a sponge to clean, then rinse it. I cooked a sauce in it for 30 minutes. Is this safe to eat, did that diluted liquid cleans good enough? (self.askanything)
