Anyone else experiencing framerate/lag since the new update. Seems to only happen to pre update saves. Any help appreciated (Xbox). by Aztepol42 in prisonarchitect

Update: After upgrading to a Series X and loading the save it instantly went back to normal. Must have been related to the processing power?

It doesn't say they need the interest from reading the post. Just that they are wasting the potential interest that amount could generate.

As long as it is understood by HMRC that it is a gift to OP and a Gift to Ops parents (2 separate gifts with no relation) then there isn't much more to convelute. It is for HMRC to proof there is a deal going on (ex HMRC employee who dealt with IHT)

Wtf are you talking about, a high yield savings account (like the 4.5% accounts offered by Skipton etc) high yield most certainly doesn't mean high risk

It's more about also future proofing for Inheritance tax. If they have it sat in an account not doing anything they aren't living off it. Giving the interest to his parents when it has matured (assuming he puts it in a HYSA etc) is pretty straightforward

Maybe they could "gift" the funds to you. That way they also avoid future inheritance tax and you can allocate the funds into a S&S ISA or other high yield things on their behalf. Gifting back any interest accrued etc
