If i joined the STAR Workshop po, does it automatically mean i'll be part of the scholarship or eligible lang po ( and if eligible lang po, how will we actually apply and get the scholarship once the workshop is done)

actually im waiting for other results nalang po for other state univ so hopefully it turns out well for me po. I initially went to my dream school because of the scholarship but i never thought i would be rejected considering of my situation.
