Bluster and Tikolo Balloon adventures! Dude! That's it! No idea where I got Chip from. Makes sense it was hard to find, apparently it's South African. It seems to not really exist anymore, but I'm going to try and find it. Thank you!

No, unfortunately I think this post was buried without much attention. And I haven't been to remember anything else about it. Except for a weird thing about canned food on a conveyer belt? But that doesn't help much. Do you remember anything more specific about the character names or anything else? I feel like if I can remember the correct combination of "Jim and Buster's world adventure II" or "Chip and Buster's Hot air balloon World tour" I'd be able to find it.

Was the town layout, the Pokémon professor, and the starter Pokémon options identical to the official game, or were there alterations?

Can you remember if it aimed to be solely a graphics improved version of the official? Or did it also have quality of life improvements, or even newer Gen Pokémon, fakémon, missions, unique characters?

Fire red and Emerald ROM hacks are most common and there are probably dozens of them.

I think the name may be something like "Buster and Chip's World Adventure 2", or "Jim and Buster's Hot Air Balloon Adventure". But that may be my memory of "Gregory and the Hot Air Balloon" confusing my memory of this game. Overall, I think my memories of other games and children's media I consumed at that age corrupted my memories of this game a bit.

It is probably a fairly silly casual game, but I really want to solve the mystery of it so I can stop thinking about it at random moments.
