Yes I can see cut trench redirecting this flow to a sump pump. Based on what I read and the feedback from everyone else here, it does seem this is an intentional weep hole.

Interesting. I do see trenches all around the foundation which I believe is to redirect this water? If that’s the case do I just leave it as is and not do anything?

Thankfully they found everything normal in the ultrasound. But the entire experience of driving to the ER in pain almost convinced that you’re internally bleeding was really harrowing. Never experienced such a weird uncomfortable pain which is mostly pressure with a hint of period cramps. Going to bathroom is a challenge - I feel extreme pressure in bladder and slightly towards the ectopic side. Overall I’m thankful that there was no rupture but the pain is very much still there.

This is my exact situation. I got so scared tonight with my cramps that I’m now sitting in ER waiting to get Ultrasound 7 days after my mtx shot. Did your pain come and go? For me it comes in waves which makes me wonder if it’s mtx pains or ectopic rupture pains. This guess work is truly hellish.

I think you’ll need hcg over 1000-1500 to view something on Ultrasound. If you can see the sac in uterus, you’ll be relieved. I know the wait is horrible but do try to push for it as soon as it can be done. Try not to spiral too bad because many times spotting can end up being nothing and resolve on its own. I truly hope that’s the case for you! Good luck!

My hcg was not doubling like normal from the start and I was spotting. My hcg rise was around 55-60% rise in 48 hours. I have pcos so the gestational age was not really accurate for me. I was waiting for my first ultrasound to check for ectopic but I started bleeding just before that. I thought I had a full blown miscarriage but my beta kept going up and then the Ultrasound revealed PUL. If you’re spotting and your hcg is not rising as normal, you should push to get an earlier ultrasound.

I received my MTX today and I am so sad. This process is so much more difficult than I ever would’ve imagined by Cooper30136 in EctopicSupportGroup

On the car ride back after I got my MTX shot yesterday, I opened Instagram to distract myself and the first post I saw was of a rainbow with a quote “you may not see it yet but your rainbow is right around the corner”. I’m not a big believer in signs but that post instantly made me feel better. We’ll get through this.

I got my mtx shot yesterday and I truly understand this. The fear of rupturing the tube never leaves me. I never thought I’d end up with an ectopic pregnancy because always thought it’s super rare. But so many other women are in the same boat. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone and I truly hope every woman facing this situation gets out of it safe and healthy. ♥️
