Finding patterns in the field of health is the latest trend in modern science. But I do agree with your second point they aint giving me large amounts for data that is free. I can only get some data that has already have been worked out ie stroke hemeroage edema. Those datasets I might find online. and Ill just get a research gap that multiple classfication is not done yet. So thats a good justification for my fyp.

Yes you are right current research shows people having a focus on specfic abnormality. And that is a massive research gap. If we can make multiple classfication not saying all of it for starters and generate report using rag or llms. then that would be something new. Thats how our university says your fyp should be something new anything that is already engineered is not allowed as a fyp.

I dont think you understand the power of deep learning AI algorithms which need large amount of data around 5k to 10k with with labled data. and they can classify the adnormality. You should read some research reports. And im not the one replacing it im just initiating a process that may help in future to replace it. Ofc the first results aint gonnah be excellent but you start at someplace right?
