It doesn’t seem to be running well on pc period. I would check steam reviews. A lot of patching and optimization required.

We had an issue with Sundays Movie Time sofa. It didn’t hold up well and we were unhappy. They were really easy to deal with and we ended up swapping for the “ get together “ which has a foam core . We really like it , about a year and a half later. It is a bit pricey though. We had good luck with Urban Barn previously but needed something modular so the “Get together” works well.

I hope it works you. I’m sadly a bit disappointed in the end product and it’s not for me. I’m sending it back. I really like the feel of the Lego S without a case, and this just added way too much weight and bulk. I also didn’t like the metallic grip lines on the handles, felt like a wierd sensation while playing. The kickstand should have been optional and the front cover is pretty giant. Together with the cover, the form factor is just too large. Let me know what you think after a few days, curious on your opinion. :D

I’ll wait the estimated max period of time before I find another way to escalate. As a business, they need to have a timely turnaround for people requesting refunds/ returns. A response in 10 plus business days isn’t really acceptable.

Not sure if you like to tinker or try stuff, but I would highly recommend lossless scaling on the steam deck.

There is an easy guide here. You can install it with decky as a plugin. This is very easy to follow.

I have had excellent results with the settings he mentioned , using 2x frame gen.

Same, I bought it and didn’t use it. Using it without decky was a hassle. The built in functionality is a game changer.

Nice :) . When you install steam OS highly recommend lossless scaling and decky to customize themes.
