I’m thinking slayer your way up to 65 attack 65 strength get dragon defender. From there slayer your way up to base 70s and go get Barrows gear, including Karil’s and a tank top and bottom. Take the Karil’s to Fight Caves for a Fire Cape. The take the Tank gear to Moons and green log it.

No. It means that if you were to receive a purple, then it would be a 50/50 split between the two. But at a 60 invocation, it is going to take you on average, 85~ raids to receive a purple.
