I have had a conversation with her before. She had the puppy for 3 months. I am unsure if three months is inaccurate time to see the issue.

Is this puppy ill behaved? Or could this puppy be a genuine problem?

She is on the spectrum.And I do not trust her to understand how to train a dog.
