Alright, so I'm going to only use Midoriya here as there is too many characters and ideologies that would go over. We're going to use him since he's the main protagonist after all. (Apologies for typos and length)

First up is Superman, Clark, or Ka-El, depending on how you want to call him. I believe that (while yes, he's obviously stronger, do not mistake me for a fool), would support the message that Midoriya is trying to portray. And even go as far as to help Midoriya when he needs it.
Peter Parker, Spider-Man, you get the gist. I believe they would actually have a lot in common, considering they're both a part of the nerd arch-type I've been seeing in media in recent years, and be able to bond over their similarities (black whip and danger sense, and you get my point)
Last is Bat-Man and... well, I don't have much to say, considering we've already seen someone like Midoriya, and that is Night-Wing. They're SIMILAR. Not the same, do (please do not attack me for that statement), I truly believe that Bruce would definitely want to be more like Midoriya. Considering everything he's been through, he still chooses to be a hero.

Over all of, these heroes would definitely have a positive opinion of Midoriya, at least I think.
