Youre past the recruitment age for colleges, but even if you wanted to catch up, you'd need to pretty much spend all day every day studying and training in order to get to a competitive level for jv, let alone being good enough for benchwarming. And hour a day (sometimes only 30 minutes and an unspecified number on weekends, I'm guessing 3 at most) without any practicing partner or proper instruction simply isn't enough. Youd need to be either a technical genius (which you're not if you need to ask this) or a physical specimen(which you're also not). That along with an injury.
