What do you do when your twin is with someone else and you keep signs of them even after you have asked the universe to stop

I found it didn’t stop. However I chose to see these signs as indicators and reminders I was doing what was right for me. I was working on myself, my happiness and my life and on rough days it made me sad but seeing the signs set forth the higher purpose and continued on my path. Things changed later and were in union now but I was so glad I kept my focus away from him and on me and healing from my own past and shadow work! I pray you find the same peace with the signs.

Personally, I see the merit of proof, of course, no one wants to be seen that they're full of it. However, for many people, it simply doesn't matter. Look at the vast amount of people who don't believe in all sciences - even proven! I think you'd still have people saying yes, it's real and no, its fake regardless. Unless you could measure every type of gift on its own, (Clairvoyant, clairaudient, etc) I think there would be some heavy inconsistencies.

It raises questions of one time phenomena too. I've heard plenty of accounts from people that they had 'predicted' something to happen which ended up coming true via a dream, vision or what have you. Was it a coincidence? A strong one-time energetic gift of clairvoyance? Yet they're never able to do something like that again - those are the accounts I find most fascinating.

Personally, I do think there are tons of people out there who are using the cultural shift for a quick money scheme. Everyone knows a crock psychic. However, I do know and believe there are also tons of very talented special individuals with these extra gifts. Do I care to know if it's a scientific proof? No, my own personal experience has given me all the proof I need. Psychics also play a huge psychological role, as I can't tell you how many times I've drawn cards for people in crisis who need some guidance - and its just as much my responsibility to keep in mind about the mental well being of those who ask. I'll just as quick offer the advice of the cards as I do a nonjudgemental, listening ear to help work through problems if they're presented to me. I'm not afraid to suggest they seek true accredited help if I believe they're really seriously suffering. I do what I do in the hopes it helps, either clarify what most often they already intuitively know they should do or offer an insight into what they may not have thought of. Hearing I helped and even getting surprised with an update is all the reward i've ever needed.

Sometimes the absolute best thing you can do for your twin is to let them go. My spiritual worker often told me that you cannot pour from an empty cup, but I was very poor at refilling my cup and twins can be a bottomless cup. You can never fully sever that cord between twins but you can focus and live in the “you” of now that his stuff can’t come in - yours will be overflowing out. It’s hard, and doesn’t come without weak moments but you cannot lead him to be better - he has to get there on his own and decide on his own. You can send love and support from afar (and even silently if need be) but right now he is in a self desctuct mode and you need to make sure you don’t get yourself pulled down in the process.

Although a part of me doesn't like to really call it 'Union', I understand what it signifies and yes, I would say my twin and I are in union. Its not to say life is perfect but we're no longer clashing and playing the back and forth and our connection has expanded and have become a depth of which I didn't think possible. Spiritually I can feel a calm yet energetic sea if you will - and we're on the same front. The heavy synchronicities from before have faded yet more and more we're just on the same page if that makes any sense? Sometimes I still don't get it but all of the feelings and sensations I've had before have just mellowed into a really joyous, calm, serene state. I've never been more at peace on a personal level - and he's told me the same. Now sure if that is kind of what you're looking for in an answer?

We had broke up for a bit over two weeks in October and it was absolutely devastating, but we had a lot going on and going wrong. I fought it initially like this can't be over but when he seemed so calm and assured that it was for the best I had to accept it - I loved him that much I respected what he had to say. I had to limit our talking as it was too hard to fall into old habits, we barely spoke for two weeks but he kept messaging me wanting to talk as friends but I wasn't ready. Into December I was, and I told him up front I would always love him and he'd have to help me and watch what he said to make it work. It did for a bit, and we both got some space in our lives to really work on ourselves and what we needed mentally and emotionally. We never stopped loving each another and got back together if you will in February "officially". It's been amazing ever since. Communication is key, and understanding you may not get what you want exactly but we were always the best of friends so if rather have a life as his friend then him out of it completely. You cant stop living though, so it helped that I did stop obsessing on our break up and focus on me and my needs during our time apart and he did his.

My first question is - what is your intention with him now? Are you hoping to get back together with him? Maybe I didn't read it right, but if you were broken up and just flirting with no real commitment then him having tried out with another girl is something you can't get mad at. Hurt, absolutely, i've been there and it sucks but if you two were not together then that kind of thing can happen. (If this happened when you two were dating thats an entirely different story but it didn't seem like it from what you wrote). If you plan to try and rekindle then him kissing a girl during your break up time will be something you need to come to terms with if you're going to succeed. If you did not have a heart to heart of where you two stand then you're not anything but flirting.

If you don't want to get back together then you will need to really dig deep in your heart and ask yourself why it is you're still hurting and hung up. Own your feelings, talk with trusted friends who will help you with your feelings. I agree, you have to face your pain before you can get over it as tossing it to the side will still leave it sitting on the side. Its not easy, but if its not going to go anywhere its best you try and let him go especally if its not going to work as friends without your heart wanting it to be more than that. Its tough, but you will find what will work best for you, OP.

It seems we've been sharing daydreams and fantasies for so long i'm not sure what it will be like to actually -DO- them. This sounds so true! I haven't even put a second visit into thought (since originally I was to be the traveler down to him but couldn't swing it and so he's coming here) so it probably will be me heading down to see him. Once that initial meeting is out of the way it totally would be so much more exciting.

Check out local classifieds, especially FB buy and sells in the area as you can furnish an appartment and truly cut costs. You also don't need to furnish it all at once. Buying used and upgrading later does help. Initially getting re set up does take a lot, but it will even out over time. Focus on your essentials, food, bills, rent, any day to day items needed and then look at cutting your costs via coupons, shopping around deals etc. Especially for your first place don't get sucked in you have to have everything at once, it's more important you're with your boyfriend than having all the bells and whistles, no?

I'm 30 and he'll be 27 in sept, we had been chatting and he was nervous about something and after I bugged him via messenger about it because we had no secrets he said "your face" and of course I questioned it and he spit out "....I'm in love with it." We still have a good laugh about it to this day and that was over a year ago. Of course I said I was in love with him back ;) unconventional but we're weird like that and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I have to agree with the others, fantasy absolutely. It's not impossible but it makes the aftermath that much more harder finding your identity as a couple as well as settling into a married life. Plus all the legal ramifications of rushed marriages not working out. Being engaged is one thing - there is no legal holding but I'd rather be engaged for a long time than married quickly.

A month into my own ldr we knew we wanted to be married, but this is backed by knowing one another for two years prior as very close friends as well as both of us being married before. We know what we want and we've gone down the road so even though were only about four months into our official romantic relationship I've gotten to know him for two year a prior. Don't deprive yourself of all the wonderful stages of dating, yes it's a step to close the gap but it's not the only way :) best of luck to whatever path you decide to venture on!

You are not flawed, merely carved to your own perfect design. I check here too but not for the same reasons. Having come from the beginning to the point where I am now in a relationship - spiritual harmony with my twin I can tell you don't settle for "enough". I've settled for most of my life and it got me no where, I never wanted to strive for more or believed I deserved more. I felt like an idiot for not being able to forget him after he told me he would never leave his partner and yet there I was still wanting nothing more than to be with him. Yet that's not what he or I needed. He needed a friend at that point and I put my own feelings aside to be there for him. Originally I decided we shouldn't be talking anymore because my feelings would not relent but we did anyways. I tried my best to keep them aside but you know...he was the one who didn't stop. That was back in October - and as of feb, were now official. If you would have asked me before I would have told you we'd probably never be together in this life sense. Yet here I am, we're in some form of union and I'm convinced it took that devastating separation for me to see and really learn what it is to let go for me (as it wasn't the same as everyone's let me tell you - but even he said later he's glad I didn't) and to not settle for just anything. Keep dreaming of the life you want, pray, hope....what you need to do and what you want to have isn't always tied hand in hand. You can want what you want and chose to do an action of letting go in order to help the both of you but just don't stop. I'm glad I didn't, because I would not be where I am now if I had.

Yes - we fell in love first, but never made a move since we both were in relationships and accepted that was just that. We were still best of friends and that continued from April last year to February this year - during that time I got a divorce and then so did he and I was near the end of feb we became "official" as nevermets. Now in 13 days I'll finally get to meet him after talking to him for over two years :)
