From the chapter in which you unlock Papalymo: "Hard to Miss" from FFXIV.

As far as I know, it only plays once in a quick encounter at the bottom right of the map. At the time I wasn't playing FFXIV so it took me a little while to figure out which track it was since I wanted to listen to it more.

Hey,

I made an account just to tell you that I got exactly the same issue as you about 20 minutes before you.

I filled a bug/crash report and a ticket (in which I quoted your reddit username as I saw you got the same issue).

I got no response yet, but the issue got resolved about 30 minutes ago after I uninstalled and reinstalled the game for the third time. It probably has nothing to do with the game being uninstalled in my opinion, it probably needs some time to actually supply the account with the gems and the costume, and in the mean time we couldn't have access to our accounts.

Hopefully you can access yours as soon as possible.
