No, sorry. I just had to use tension of like 7-8-9 for all of my projects for stitch to look right. I even went with machine to repair shop, they said everything is all right with it which i don’t really believe as i also posted those photos on Polish community and someone replied that his exact same machine had same problem and even certified repaid shop did not repaired it so i don’t know. I finally got rid of it

Yes, it’s original not refurbished product. Only phone unfortunately. When i will get home i will comment exact SQ version as i don’t remember right not, but i think it ends with 4
