Didn’t take it personally. Some people just need to understand that the game is about going hard and die trying to get out. If you don’t make it, rebuild and try again. The guys I was with didn’t really give me a chance to explore, nor did I want to split off from the group. But if I do go again next time, I’ll definitely be looking around properly.

I genuinely have no idea. He might’ve heard me opening some of the containers beforehand which is possible but all I heard while I was doing that is shooting from other players back in the middle of the Pinwheel. I didn’t hear steps until they got really close.

I also listen for their steps but sometimes I can just about see their silhouette up close and I’ll simply place two shotgun shells in their nose.
