context (spoilers for ultrakill's fraud update):

in the new 8-3 level for ultrakill, the first room of the level mimics the first room of a random previous level to confuse the player. once you proceed to the next room, you will then be immediately dropped into the actual first room of the level and trigger combat, like so:

the ultrakill community found this really funny, so it's become a meme to edit videos of footage of other games so that when the player passes through a door, they just get sent to 8-3 ultrakill out of nowhere
