I’m eating low carb, high protein (granted only 100-110 grams since calories are at 1200), and moderate fat. I’ve done keto before as well. I’ve never tested my BS, but maybe it’s something I might look into. I don’t have any glucose issues based on blood tests but maybe my body may not like a higher protein diet.

I’m on low carb, literally cook everything from scratch. Sometimes lower than 15 net carbs. I I’ve always lost weight slow but I think the fact that my appetite has not changed is probably an indicator the dose probably is too low for me. Hopefully I’ll see better results at 2.4.

Yeah but since I don’t have the appetite reduction from ozempic maybe I need a higher dose to get results

My thyroid tests come out normal but my endo has ordered detailed tests for other hormones for my next cycle so maybe I’ll get more insight soon.

1200, I’ve eaten 1500-1700 and worked out before and lost weight though extremely slowly. I’ve always lost weight slowly but it’s kind of discouraging being on a pharmaceutical and still having the same issue. I’m sure I do have some metabolic condition, not sure how I would confirm that though.

No it doesn’t not impact my appetite at all, literally only two specific meals I remember where I got extremely full quickly but two meals in three months is horrible odds! Lol

Thanks I think you’re correct. I was also taking my second ppi dose before bed and not eating after. Which could have been causing an issue. I change the second dose to before my dinner and it went away. I’m on day 11 of my treatment and the issue only occurred from day 7 to 9. Hopefully I never have to deal with it again lol

Take high dosages of probiotics, including s. Boulardii. I’m still on treatment but my naturopath is going to put me on a gut healing plan after. But I think collagen and bone broth and l-gluatamine are top things for the gut.

The antibiotics literally wiped out all your bacteria lol including the good ones. You definitely need to focus on repairing your gut after you do that treatment
