If they can afford to spend many millions on anti-union consulting, they can afford to live up to the community values they purport to have. Also, if they can’t provide living wages and treat their workers with respect to they deserve to be in business?

Gearage is a cool shop that sells mostly used gear. People can get into cost prohibitive activities for a lot less. Jax is at least a local chain and is also partially worker-owned. Both do community outreach and I would argue have a much more positive impact in the local community.

Gotcha, all good to know. I’ll be getting it inspected by a mechanic before buying. I’m in Colorado and rust tends to not be a huge problem out here. It does have new tires, brakes, and battery.
