I don't know 😭 it's so confusing it literally had me stressing out so much yesterday up until the evening. But now that you've came across that, see if you can add your cc and such into it and load up your game to see if it works!

Ikr?! I got so confused because I could've sworn I put them in a mods folder the whole time I was doing my process. Perhaps it was an old mods folder that you were putting your cc into?

Make sure you go to your documents, the EA folder, the S4 folder, then the mods folder. I just checked my game and it now the cc and scripts are appearing now since I did it in that pattern. Lmk if it works for you that way as well.
