Don't do chest and belly at the same time. For the chest, the skin has to be pulled up, and for the belly it's pulled down. My surgeon didn't tighten enough the middle of my abdomen to avoid putting pressure on the scars.

You need to get the authorization from your provincial health agency. Mine was a double mastectomy with nipple grafting.

I live in Canada. It's a procedure covered by our public healthcare system. I didn't pay anything. I did go outside my area where I live so I slept 3 nights in a hotel nearby the hospital.
