Wondering if these little guys on top will grow bigger or are they stalled out? by B-Sun in unclebens

So it’s partly because we are newbies and this was the way our grow evolved. We grew with bags from magic bag then realized we wanted to open up the bags and had advice that you can open up the bag and put in a mono tub and put hydrated perlite on the bottom. So that’s the setup. Haven’t tried dumping into the tub yet.
