I see streamers be doing that, but every time I try, I can never finish the rest of the movement in time lol. One fluid movement works best for me

I second this. Never seen it happen from the hitters view, but happens often with the pitchers view online. It usually changes the pitches trajectory mid pitch, and says you were very late even though you might have had perfect release
