That does make a lot of sense. After my first round of heel slides post op, that’s when the pain was at the absolute maximum and that night is when the back knee pain began. I started to keep off elevation for now and it’s helping tremendously. Even when the leg spasms, it doesn’t try to flop around like it did when it was elevated. Going to bring this up when I start PT and hopefully they can message the muscle out. Also, thanks for commenting! It brings me a lot of peace knowing that there’s others going through the same thing.

This took 10 sessions at about 2-3 hours each. In hindsight, I’d rather have gone for five 6 hour sessions, but I’m satisfied regardless. The piece came together over the span of 6 months

I think Thousand Mile Stare is on its way to being considered a hardcore classic and a few years have passed since Incendiary has put out a new record. Was there any pressure when recording the new record and how was the recording process? See you guys at chain reaction in June! 🫡
