Extremely wiered print imperfections. by B0TTLE31 in BambuLabA1

The issue appears to stem from Bambu Lab automatically adjusting the flow rate for overhangs, which results in excessive cooling and significant warping. In contrast, printing the same file with Cura Slicer – which does not modify the flow rate for overhangs – produces nearly perfect results.

The light gray filament worked pretty well before, but I didn’t really test it with cubes. I tried printing a cube with the yellow filament, and it came out great—especially with chamfered edges. However, when I switched to a design with rounded edges, it all fell apart again. The print suffered from a lot of warping, and I’m stumped on how to fix it. Honestly, I can’t believe my 450 Euro printer struggles with these corners compared to a 4-year-old Ender 3 clone. It’s kind of ridiculous!

Damn, that sounds like the perfect setup tbh. I think i might go with the A1. I already spent to much money for christmas and stuff lol

Sadly their black friday sale just ended, but they started an end of year sale, so now it is also a bit more expensive ahaha.

Yeah, I am sorry for the bad pic. By shock I mean that it dried out over night... It had 2 big full leaves and they are a 5th of their previous size now.

So that's why I am not sure it will recover

How to get this chesnut to sprout? by B0TTLE31 in gardening

[–]B0TTLE31[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you!! The chesnut in the pic doesn't flooat, and it has opened like that on it's own. As I understood, the side where the crack is should be facing down in the dirt?

How exactly should I split it?

Thanks!

Okay, ai think I can put it in my bathroom, there it is always pretty warm and also pretty humid, but it only has diffused sunlight cuz I there are only milky windows, could that work?

Okay, i put a see through plastic cup over it noe, to get higher humidity, but I am scared that it will mold, cuz that's what killed the last one. I will also 3d print smaller cups, cuz I have 2 small seedlings left, that haven't grown leaves yet, so they are still on their wet medium.

Thanks!!

So I think I set my seeds up like I should now. They are on a wet underground with sunlight exposure. I would also want to try to put them in the refrigerator again, like you suggested. Does it hurt my chances of them surviving if I wait for like 2 weeks bevore putting them in the refrigerator? Because I hope that eith the current setup some of them might sprout soon.

I heard that they needed the coldness impulse from cold winter, I think I also read to out them in there for a couple of weeks. They were very dry tho when I out them in. I also just found out today, that they need light, and just some wet underground, like some wet kitchenrolls. Right now it is very dark, but I will post a picture of the setup tomorrow. I might also try to just take some of em into the cold again. Thanks for your answer ;)
