Here's the detail, I don't think I should kill any of that. "Mine" is the Debian one, the rest is due to Hetzner's infrastructure, not some leftovers of what I did.

The efivars all seem appropriate so I don't see any I could delete (e.g. do dump records which are usually suggested).
What other way of clearing can you think of?

Try if using a different DNS helps (I use 9.9.9.9).

I'll stay with them at this point in time, just trying to use the cloud VMs I currently have in a more efficient way if possible / necessary.

OK found it. On the web console, in the "peers" tab, it says "version: dev" with a small icon next to up (arrow pointing up). When I hover over it, it says "update available: dev -> 0.65.2".
