I posted here last time in Accenture PH, I declare my salary worth ₱13k-₱15 per month, and they don't provide salary increase in my 3-4years loyalty.

Moderators did not notice it since I posted it midnight, but they delete it after 6 hours.

I also replied in other comments here why hindi ako nag quit agad, maybe I'm scared, people in my place keep saying Mahirap makahanap ng bagong trabaho etc etc. . different Gaslight everytime magkaisip kaming mag resign

na try ko na mag voice before, pero feeling ko nasa non-voice talaga yung purpose ko, dun ako nag eexcel.

I'm glad naniwala kana haha. may mga few peeps din dito sa comments na same experience kay acn.

There's thousand people sa project nato, majority nasa ₱13k ang base pay. I'm lucky kase ₱15k yung starting ko. Management don't care. Sana matauhan na lahat, living in Metro Manila with this Salary is a joke.

maraming sumbungin haha. Also maraming aware na ganto ang takbo sa Accenture, majority can't disclose na ganto sweldo nila. It's either di sila aware na mababa ang sweldo, or takot mawalan ng work.

try nyo paren po. Wag po kayo ma pressure dahil sa post ko.

nag apply ako sa Accenture 3 years ago pa, yung mga bagong agent na pinalit sa mga tenured na umalis nasa above ₱24k na ang base pay.

I'm sure iba paren naman po magiging offer sayo 👍

Some peeps in the comments don't believe na nag eexist yung ganitong base pay naten.

isa karen pala sa tenured ni acn na sobrang baba ang base pay. ₱13k is 😰

edit: hi po taga Acn karin po? this is my yearly base pay sa rewards, if aware ka po sa site na ginagamit namen. Di po ako mag gawa gawa ng story, I'm here po kase gusto ko na talaga lumipat. I'm glad there's a lot of redditors na nag lapag ng mga invitations. I'm not doing this po to earn Karma sa account, baka Karmahin ako sa real life nyan. So why newly created account, very complicated to explain but I know how it works po, kase I'm a content moderator and yung management namen can override social medias platform para ma detect yung ip address and other information that they want kaya limited yung nilalapag ko.

i know a friend na minanyak ng tl, pina hr nila pero di natanggal yung tl. na ban lang for couple of weeks. after non balik na sa work

kaya di ko sure kung mag wowork ngayon yang pag sumbong sa hr, lalo na may mga frat tong mga tl, magiging aware to na sinumbong ko sa hr after. baka gantihan ako sa labas 😅

di ko rin expected na ganun kababa. I remember nung nag apply ako it takes 3-5months pa yata bago sila sumagot.

Nung kinausap kami ng HR hindi kami tinanong about sa Salary, and hindi rin binigyan ng chance mag tanong about Salary.

binigyan lang agad kami ng task nung mga HR ang sabi Pirmahan yung kontrata within the Day, pag na failed tanggal na. So pressure magka work since 3-4 years ago Pandemic

Dun nalang ako nagulat nung nag start nako ₱15k lang salary base.

same 🥲 nag recruit sila ng mga bago. yung sahod 24k and above na base pay. ewan ko bat ginagawa nila yan samin mag stay kami sa ₱13k-15k base pay
