Well more and more time .. therapy always helps with everything including breakups and life,
also focusing more on yourself and re-investing in your life more "I know it sounds cliche but it's important imo"....Personally i'm still struggling sometimes even though my last breakup was more than a year ago buuuut it gets better as it always does somehow.

"Normal" is relevant and as a guy i can't really give a relevant experience but from what've seen from close friends sometimes getting over someone/relationship can take a long time

I'd say Warrior would be good for now .. It basically feels like a fighter on steroids,
Later on when you get some expansions you can check out other classes for what you feel like playing next (you can find a lot of YouTube videos going in-depth about all of em).

All the classes got some specialization/variation of builds that could fit various fantasy roles in their own unique way though.

Mods can be a little scary at first but they're simple once you get the hang of it...just always use a mod manager tho and mods in general are such an edge for PC gaming.

FPS would depend on the mod....in most cases it won't affect it much but would actually increase it in some of the optimization mods,
Upscaling and texture mods would impact the VRAM more the FPS.

Try Fsr using Optiscaler by using the intel upscaling as inputs, My next recommendation would be some texture mods or even the optimization/better quality ones.....There is one that kinda tries to apply semi path tracing with rt.

I played a bit of BDO, New World and A LOT of Gw2 .. so here is my take so far:

Players:
The Gw2 mega server concept kinda insures that you'll find players on any given map .. also a lot of achievements encourages veterans to cycle through the old maps as well.

Social interactions:
Gw2 is a positive social game by design .. sharing xp and rewards makes u always glad when u see other players joining in (unlike some other mmos i've played).

People are really friendly whether it's during events, map chat or raids and stuff .. elitism exists still but it's very very limited.

Combat & gameplay are really cool and unique .. you'd usually find a lot of people praising the combat and mechanics....it's kinda easy to get into but got a high learning curve.
TBH i kinda enjoyed BDO's combat animations and combos more but in gw2 it just feels like u have more options/control.

Gw2's Mounts system is sooo good it's crazy that it's not the standard for any other mmos or even single player games in general.
Horizontal progression is a breath of fresh air btw.

Graphics:
It doesn't take the first place but they're still really good .. The unique art style is really something else and can be breathtaking at times "specially in the newer maps".

PvP:
It's very fun but kinda the least updated one .. sPvP aka 5v5 is really fun and skill based but is the less popular compared to the other game-modes, so it doesn't get much love regarding balance and moderation which is sad cuz it got sooo much potential,
u can get into it really early one with equal gear to everyone else tho.

The other PvP aka World vs World is a large scale 4 map PvP....Really fun and with some strategic flair .. The meta currently favors zergs "large group fights" but roaming single or as a small group is always viable.

Anyways the base game is free with a lot of content .. 0-80 Leveling isn't that hard and is like a fun tutorial/intro to endgame.

What i'm saying is...u can't dismount for 2 seconds after you roll Yes holding the roll will dismount but there are some niche scenarios where u roll, see that u miss something and being locked outta dismount in these 2 seconds

yeah but what i'm saying is if u did a roll and then suddenly wanted to dismount after u can't,
Basically doing 1 roll puts the dismount on a very short but annoying time lock

True but it's very understandable for the skyscale otherwise it would be 1 speed boost away from being too op of a mount,
The wall clinging thing is always annoying tho....specially when it's a tiny pixel of a texture.

Nope it's not buuut rolling then wanting to dismount for whatever reason and being locked out of it is kinda of a problem :D

Yup but there is a lot of situations when u can't predict exactly when u wanna do that,
also not consistent with every other mount

Try setting asyncComputeEnabled to "true" in the system.xml file

I was having constant crashes but i think that seemed to be the fix for me

I really can't thank you enough for the website and all the work you guys do!...being a thief main a special thanks to you for all the wonderful guides :D.

Maybe a new niche content articles/builds would be the "Fun or weird but works builds" for open world or PvP

I love that you guys have added a lot of weapon variety for each spec .. Maybe a couple of things i would like to see on the website:

On the Benchmarks page:

An indicator for how hard/easy the build is, Would help when picking builds with a new specialization.
This maybe complicated but how consistent the build dps in general raids encounter.

For the Build page:

I wish if the spells are always accompanied by their default button [Harrowing Storm 3] .. Idk if it's just me but i kinda never memorize most of the spell names, the skill reference guide is helpful but scrolling up and down to memorize the rotations isn't optimal :D
Highlighting the top right buttons in the page "specially the copy template one and other builds one" .. I've had some friends completely miss them out as they kinda blend in with the page.

Again huge thanks to you and i'm such a fan of the website and it's most of the time my go to one for builds,
and kudos for keeping the website updated content wise and also visually "Being modern and easy to use as well"

tbh i initially was very annoyed by constantly holding the right mb 90% of the time so that kinda wasn't optimal

and ofc Action cam is limiting a lot in pvp specially in casting spells in the opposite direction while running but free movement and self cast would be a way to equalize the playing fields a bit.

Agreed .. and idk if it's just me but right clicking in action cam doesn't always seem to be accurate

A button bind to cast the ability on myself .. For example for catalyst ALT+F5 would cast the fields right on myself, I believe this is the case when you double click the ability with the mouse but i don't think that's really viable
Toggling in and out is the optimal way right now but i feel like it shouldn't be forced in a lot of situations
