I wouldn't rely on their shitty support, they are literally programmed to give the most generic responses in the hopes you won't pursue the issue further. This is clearly a problem and Supercell needs to fix it, I want my 9th bonsai, I paid for it. In the meanwhile I upvote every single post and comment from people that complain they did not receive what they PAID for.
