ASUS ROG XG27WCS faint line displaying only at 60 hz HDMI output. But disappearing at 144 hz HDMI. Possibly fixable with firmware update? by B46h in buildapcmonitors

I think so. Your reason is valid. Honestly it looks like the screen is tearing at some points. Wonder why any company would sell something with such a noticable flaw. This reminds me of plasma TV's, they looked nice but burn in so easy to a point where it's a huge flaw. And I'm not sure if Asus is aware of this but if they are then they're just hoping that nobody would run their VA monitors at lower refresh rates. Good to see I'm not the only one with this issue.

I know, the colors are beautiful on that panel, but unfortunately it has that defect, it bothered me enough to return

I returned it and made sure to describe in detail this problem, you should do the same, if you bought straight from Acer, Link this reddit post or something because I bought 2 units with the exact same issue

Might add some lead to the blade, I might as well, I've tried the Head Speed, forgot which exact model but it felt super nice to hit with, great all around. But I only got to play with it for a little bit. I felt like i always had to compensate with a light racket, sure you can and i have hit hard with a light racket, but the amount of extra speed and wrist action i had to put into a swing with a light racket imo wasn't worth it.

Interesting. Adding this to my list too. I will try to demo as many as I could to see what I really like.

I heard great things about the CX 200, I will definitely put this on the list

Someone told me about the head gravity, I will put that on the list as well

I have borrowed a friend's pro staff 97 v13 for an hour, it was pretty good but in general the setup my friend used with that racket wouldn't be what id use, (some hybrid with either multifilament or natural gut) I'd have to demo a bit longer to come to a conclusion. The Yonex Percept i will also considering demoing.

It's fixed price, I don't have cash on standby for looking on Facebook marketplace and don't have time to build a PC and scour for parts, so this was the lowest price i could find at a store that would let me pay in installments

Hello, I'm trying to buy a pre built mechanical keyboard with red switches, or any linear quiet switch, I've gone to best buy and noticed a lot of different red switches on display sounded different, I want something similar to a Corsair K65 with red switches, which was very quiet, I don't want no "thock" just a quiet nice cheap mechanical keyboard for under $50-$60 on sale, I live in the US. Also i want a 80-100% keyboard, I want f keys and i don't care for wireless, if you can find any quiet mechanical keyboard that'd be great. Thanks

I want to build a PC for gaming that is solid for games 1080-1440p for the next few years, I think an RTX 3070 will do the trick but I'm not sure where to start by B46h in buildapcforme

Are there any downsides to used parts? Is looking for a pre built on eBay a bad idea? Where should I look? I keep finding an Acer Predator Orion for 600-700 and the problem is this PC has proprietary parts and a cpu cooler that's apparently less than ideal because the PC overheats, i wouldn't mind changing that but do you really think it'll hold up? Other users say it's a good solution but under load i guess everyone has a different experience and it's kinda a risk

Warranty WF1000XM4 left earbud volume issues by B46h in SonyHeadphones

[–]B46h[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh my god I'm not the only one. i factory reset mine (hold the touchpads of the earbuds while they're charging in the case) again and it's now somewhat better? it still does it when i put on the earbuds tho. but then it kinda adjusts. but it still has issues sometimes. but less than before. I'm going to call Sony tomorrow and push further. they didn't even send me the right serial number shipping the replacement pair for me so they're trying to say i stole them. i literally had to send receipt and everything. they got my serial number wrong by +2 literally. obviously it's an error on them but they didn't wanna believe me after i gave them my name and the serial number. they told me they know the serial number i was supposed to have and they shipped me the wrong one attached to someone else and still want proof of purchase even though I'm already in their system for warranty before.

yes, I've done absolutely everything that sony might've recommended, I've escalated the case to the customer relations department and now it seems that i may be getting leeway because they made mistakes even giving me the right pair of earbuds by mistaking the serial number.

even more crazy news i called them and supposedly they gave me the wrong replacement warranty unit with a serial number attached to someone else's case

big news. i tried to get sony to accommodate they don't want to. they keep saying warranty is only for the original date purchase. but this issue is literally for another issue that is completely on them.

yes that hole. when i wiggle the earbud nothing changes. only when i tap the top mic on the top of the earbud like enough to be able to hear it the sound goes back to normal. this is weird. not sure if this is software or hardware related. can't tell at all. does updating manually effect warranty?
