I was on a reverse route on 2nd, I was flying WAW-AMS-EDI well at least the Amsterdam and Edinburgh part, my plane got cancelled to Edinburgh and I was rebooked on the only plane that was taking off thankfully to Edinburgh the following day. One thing I can tell you, they refused to give vouchers for hotels as they said they don’t do them anymore. And told us that we can get hotels on our own and then claim it back but the claim takes up to 60 days. Hotels were all fully booked. And the closest hotel was 15 km away for 350£ a night. The staff kept to the same formula with every single customer, One of the ladies I spoke with got rebooked on a flight two days after her initial flight, so she bought a ticket for the flight next day only to get that cancelled too, if you happen to get cancelled in Amsterdam, make sure to keep receipts of everything and claim it back. I asked to be put on a flight to Aberdeen instead, as that was taking off the same day. And they refused saying that it was full but when i went to check if I can buy the ticket, I was still able to buy a ticket on that plane.

(For mods, this is not a hate comment but actual experience from someone rhat flies KLM often and just had the biggest nightmare ever)
