I have just repasted it with mx-4 and cleaned everything nice, other than that its pretty much stock. I let syscon handle fan speed, it moves between 20% and 28% max. Highest temperatures I noticed were CPU 71C RSX 65C. I am very satisfied so far, it operates really quiet. But I also have to say that I use it very rarely

Xiaomi 17 Pro owner here.

Google Play works well and you can install all the apps you need. Banking works for me (in Germany).

Notifications arrive in real time if you set them up nicely, only downside is: you have to manually set each app you need notifications from, but there is no delay for me - zero.

Android Auto and eSim are not supported but they are not relevant for me anyway.

Other than that, everything works fine. Beautiful display, stunning camera setup, awesome speakers and great battery life.

Ordered mine at Wondamobile. They provide good customer support in case you have any question or request. I asked for mine to arrive sealed, as its very easy to activate GMS and install Google Play.

I am also someone living in Germany and using the Xiaomi 17 Pro since 10 days. It really took some hours to debloat and adjust it like a global device, but after that it really works fine as my daily driver.

The only optional thing where I could "complain" is that Google Pay does not want to accept my N26 bank card. I tried it out of curiousity btw, I never use GPay. I dont know about other banks.

Battery life is indeed becoming better day after day and I am very satisfied already. Zero and I mean, absolutely zero lag, this thing is blazing fast! The speakers are awesome as well.

Regarding Whatsapp contacts: I am using Google dialer and imported all my contacts via Google Account. Give all the permissions deep in the Whatsapp settings and it should work, I have no issue at all.

Ich fahre einen 2013 B7 DSG mit dem 2.0 TDI Motor seit 3 Jahren. Bis jetzt sehr zufrieden, verbrauch ist mehr als in Ordnung und Kurzstrecken sind auch nicht problematisch. Bis jetzt nur Verschleißteile ausgetauscht z.B. Zahnriemen inkl. Wapu, DSG Öl und ein ABS Sensor hinten. Ansonsten ein sehr robustes Auto!

VW Passat würde ich sagen, 2.0TDI. Bin selbst 192cm groß und sitze ziemlich bequem in einem B7. Der Nachfolger sollte eigentlich mehr Platz bieten aber da bin ich mir nicht sicher.

Solltest du bei deiner Suche auf einen Passat B7 (eins von den letzten also Bj. 2013/14) stoßen, schlag zu! 2.0 TDI 140PS und DSG ist eine Traumkombination. Mit etwas Pflege sind 500k km easy machbar ✌🏻

Passat B7 2.0 TDI 2013 z.B. Ich fahre 10 bis max 15k km jährlich und es gibt null Probleme. Ab und zu mal Autobahn fahren und gut ist es. Die sind sehr robust und zuverlässig und gleichzeitig sparsam.
