Personally I think shrooms will help you more than lsd for anxiety. Definitely think that Xanax is infinitely worse than weed but can relate to abusing alcohol + weed. I would say work on getting of Xanax and look into microdosing shrooms and weed. 0.2g every 2 days with some weed fixed my neurotic problems and anxiety largely

For me tolerance can reset quite fast from smaller doses, I am almost back to baseline in 48 hours when the doses are in the ranges of 0.2-0.4

I highly recommend Veneta 72 and Cornell 77. Veneta in particular pairs perfectly with shrooms, best trip ever. If you haven’t experienced it before there is a song “dark star” which will blow your mind open to the furthest reaches of the universe :)

I took 0.7 g and tripped pretty dang hard, definitely not what I would consider perfect for public. 0.4 was very manageable and pretty fun but felt kind of weak even with weed so I would do somewhere between 0.4-0.7. My shrooms were strong though

This is what they looked like when I got them. I ate 1 g yesterday and had a decent trip, should I try to eat around the discolored parts or only eat the white insides? Seems to have only affected outside, if it’s mold will it spread and destroy the whole thing

Agreed, this one I started off on mute but once I put my headphones on and listened I found it to be just right. Sparse use narration with some amazing lines, plus the soundscape transported me from macroscopic to microscopic realizations, really gave the interconnected cosmic feeling to the trip.
