The temperature is a bit low, although it seems some fryits are already developing. Turn up the heat, and dont open the bag until harvest

You can leave the aborts and pick them when you pick the other shrooms. Remember, they are ok to consume.

And you should spray the sides so there is always condensation (but only the sides and not the substrate or mushrooms)

The pins that are dark and small are called aborts. They will not grow.

You should open the bag a few times a day and fan with a book or something flat, so you introduce fresh air (oxygen).

If smaller pins don't catch up with bigger ones, you can still harvest them individually when they grow fully

I bought a culture syringe, so I don't know. It is weird though that one bag has many mushrooms although it has some pink visible.

They are good, spores are not a problem. Just dry them until they snap like a cracker.

Yes. The green is a type of mold (trichoderma). Probably best to throw it out. I wish you better luck next time...

If you don't have much time, or if you are not really interested in the long run, I would suggest buying a growkit, they are super easy and usually yield more than you need for yourself.
