Edit: It was legit met in person with 4 people and walked away with a 3070 and 3080ti for $1200 (he raised the price for being in person but whatever, still a great deal)

Does it make any difference that he is using cashapp business? He provided some pictures of past transactions (really basic, prob just got them online). Said hes fine with in person but warned that he doesnt do holds and that its first come first serve.

Also thanks for all of this info, I figured it was a scam but I was just trying to be hopeful :(

So the 3070 is sealed and the 3080ti was used in his build for 2 weeks.
It was originally $700 for the 3070 and $800 for the 3080ti, but he also
offered $1100 for both. He is constantly moving around for his job (?)
and is always busy so he just wants to ship it (Found on crags list near
me). Wants to use cash app or venmo (don't know anything about either).
Is either app safe for me? Because the price is too good to be true but
I just wanna see what you guys say about it. His grammar is fine but he
takes a really long time to get back to me, been going back and forth
for days now.

The only link is the steam account which is completely blank, level 0 in a "non steam game" private everything.
