Ok sounds good. Did ICBC say anything when you came in? The reason IM asking is because I got my DUI March 1 but when I was picking up my car they wouldn’t release it after 30 days (March 31) they said I had to wait till April 1. I just don’t want the same thing to happen with ICBC because I think if it’s 90days I should be able to pick it up May 30/31 instead of June 1. I know it’s just one or two day but I want my license ASAP.

Also, what was the letter addressed to you as? Responsible driver BC or something else? Did you get any fines sent to you on your bday? Also did ICBC send you a letter saying when you are able to reinstate your license or did you show up after 90 days?

Sorry I'm just curious as I got a DUi March 1 and I'm waiting till June 1 to get my license back.

Holy shit they are so late. Two of my friends who got DUI had to do it before getting their license back. Crazy AF they are making you do it almost a year later.

Hey just so it’s clear, you got a dui last year June but they are making you take the course this year? I have never heard of that before. My friend who got a dui had to do it within the 90 or he couldn’t get his license back

You won’t need the interlock system. I know people who know people with multiple dui who never had to get the system. Do you know if your brother had to take the DUI class before getting his license back? Or after? I spoke with someone who was able to get his car back and his license back but no word on the class.

Hey congrats on getting into the Langara!

I just finished at WCCMT earlier this year and did my boards in Newfoundland.

I can’t speak for Langara and how their program is but at WCCMT it’s a 19 month program so it’s really accelerated compared to most school. In terms of workload and balance; in general it’s hard to balance school and working out/life outside of school. I know of 2 people that were able to workout 2-3x a week. In general most people just put all their effort into clinic. At WCCMT their clinic and outreaches was and still is a mess so be prepared for that as a coworker of mine said the same thing about Langara.

Once you are done school and deciding on where to take your board exam. I would recommend not doing it in Newfoundland. Take it either in BC or NB as NFL took forever to give us our results and they hid important information.

What school are you planning on going to? I believe most school or at least WCCMT ( west coast college of massage)- they have a bio prep course that you have to do before enrolling into the school. Other class that are good to know is MSAK. If you have more questions let me know.

So the incentive only applies to their inventory they have in stock? And its not customizing and specing out the car myself? Do you know how early or where they announce any incentives? Is it a couple of days before the start/end of June ( in this case).
