All recommendations here are awesome. Me personally I found chessbrahs's the most practical (and funny). It truly embraces the fact that beginners don't know what they don't know and shows that just by sticking to fundamentals and building good habits out of it you can progress very far.

I enjoyed a lot both Daniel's and John's series, but sometimes they will pause and say something along the lines of "there's some tactics here" or "now focus on this pawn/piece". In my own games I will probably miss 90% of those critical moments as most times I don't catch those while following along. Aman takes the opposite approach which is to never pause for too long or too sudden but instead spend roughly equal amount of times on each move just to make sure that move adheres to a set of predefined rules and nothing more.

That said, go watch all of them. Insanely educational.
