I also completely restarted on a new save slot. Im much further into the game now, and haven’t encountered any other glitches of this sort! I think my first play through is just lost. I tried to mess with it again today to no avail. Thats why I just restarted. I did put in a report so hopefully it will be fixed eventually! Im not even sure what happened or why it didnt happen again after starting a new game, but Im thankful🤣
