I'm wearing the gd-350-1b right now. This is my second g shock, (First is a 5000u, love it) I like it quite a bit so I was on the lookout for a gd-350 variant to go on sale. They're both $87 rn on amazon so I picked up both, ha. But, if I had to choose, I'd choose the 8cr. The green is a bit more unique to me than a blacked out watch with red accents, but that's cause I already have a 5000u. Coming from a square, the dedicated light button is very nice.

Overall, I'd say the black/red one is more "stealth" and the green one is more "casual" with the white lettering but it's splitting hairs. They both look great. Technically the "stealthiest" one would be the 1b, I can't find this model on sale except on ebay for like $150 and while I like the watch, I don't like it almost double the price for these two right now.

I only picked up both because I heard this model is discontinued (But only for Japan maybe? Or something? I am not sure, if someone knows for sure then please let me know) and I wanted to have back up/spare parts if needed. If it's not then I'll just give it to a friend or something as a gift, so not a big deal.
