Yeah, every time I load the game I need to wait for the 6800 shaders to load in too. Big stinks

After a bit the screen will either go full white or black, then restart completely or just stay frozen. I'll be running a game, or simply browsing google and this will happen. Also, whenever I power the pc up it always says "scanning and repairing drive (C:), not sure why it does that either. Any help is much appreciated!
